Evidian Role Management makes it possible to build the link between users' professional data, in the identity repository, and their rights declared in the systems and applications that they use.

It includes two applications.

Evidian Policy Manager helps you to define a security policy based on roles and organizations (extended RBAC). The underlying model that describes the rights and relationships supports extremely rapid definition of the different management rules. It includes dynamic role definition and segregation of duties.

Evidian Policy Manager can work with all the modules of Evidian IAM solutions.

Evidian Approval Workflow, to validate user profiles and access rights
Evidian ID Synchronization, to obtain the user ID definition information
Evidian User Provisioning, to initiate provisioning operations
Evidian Access Management modules, (Evidian Enterprise SSO, Web Access Manager, SOA Access Manager) to configure the security policy

Evidian Approval Workflow enables enterprises to put in place efficient responsibility chains to automate user lifecycle management. For example, end users can request access right updates and administrators can enroll new employees. All these requests are sent to approval authorities who grant or reject them. Thus, Approval Workflow adds value to the deployment of reliable IAM projects.
